Introductory Hello

A warm hello to the RTI community. Was just getting familiar with RTI when I hit upon this site. Looks great.

I am looking for information from an Organization's standpoint, an Insurance Organization, on how they should be geared up for RTI, what are the precautions an organization would need to take, what are the facilities it can provide to its customers for a smooth RTI procedure, and are there and DOs and DON'Ts from their standpoint in order to avoid any untoward situation once an RTI is filed against them (all this in a positive way).

I am in the Information Security & Risk Management space offering Training and Consultancy.

Again, a pleasure to be part of this community.
