Can a secretary impose any rules for a society?
Dear Sir/Madam,
We have shifted in our new house 2 days back. Its in re-development project and we are new owners. The secretary of old building talks very rudely to us and always imposes rules on us and keeps on sending letters.
Can he impose rules without consent of new members? All members of society have not yet occupied their flats
