Hi there, I stay in chennai . I was staying in Nesapakkam earlier now im stayng in Valsaravakkam .I would like to know were i can change the old address in my voters id to my new address? its pretty urgent im planning to go to UAE next month . i heard for some one that i can get the thathkal service if i hav the address changed in my voters id. Dear MLVRichard, I think this is not connected with the RTI. for this querry you should go to Big Helpers site. However, there is a form available with the Sub Collectors Office to change the address, & to be submitted to Sub Collector who is the Asst.Returning Officer. But, definitely, it will take time.
