Need Help: Refund Of Income Tax New Delhi

Hi,

I searched Google and came upon your site.

First of all that - This is something that we need and this is a good way of getting things done in the government.

I now have faith that I will get my Refund which I have not got for the last 5 years ( Every year I did not get it).

I did not send a letter or follow up with the income Tax office but used to call my CA who files my return and till date that has not worked.

So I want you to tell me how do I approach this situation ? Where do I star ? Do I send a reminder Letter or what ?

Please help.

Annexure A is Attached File pdf at the end of blog ,click it to open.
Annexure B is RTI Application Sample Form,click it and follow instructions.
If you still find difficult to get,please ask again.
Also suggest,go to Home page read various topics under "All About RTI ". And at the Bottom of the same page ,click Tag named income 'tax".
