Q1--I wanted 300informationsrelating to my deptt inquiry in bank.but bank denied.then the CIC ordered the bank to provide me 25 info.TheCIC did not care my view that i need all info.for filing case against bank.Pl tell me how many papers can be demanded byRTI appicant? Q2--CIC dissmissed my 9 appeals without reading during hearing.What is remedy now? Q 3--CICordered I should go to gujrat from Meerut[1800kms away]for file inspection.I objected it during hearing,but CIC did not care.I m sick& short of money.Irequested the bank to show me files in their meerut office, but they also refused.Why the bank as well as CIC has been harassing innocent citizen without any cause.      |
