Our society was formed 18 months back. 1) Few aggressive members took all the governing posts. 2) But the management of society is not good. 3) They called up annual general meeing during last week of may 2008 4) Proceedings of meeting, its minutes were prepared on 29/06/2008 and were delivered to all members on 8th July 2008 5) Meeting took place without presenting Annual or provisional accounts 6) Maintenance fee doubled by them from 500 /month to 1000/month 7) During meeting they did not provide any clear information. What action I can take ? I am so nervous and confused.      |
