I am one of the member of a society which consists of 15 members. Our society is not registered nor the adhoc committee is registered. There are two members in our society who are very keen for the redevelopment of our society. These two members have convinced the other members and now fourteen members have already signed the acceptance document provided by the builder. I am the only member who has not signed the acceptance of the builder because I am not happy with the facilities provided by the builder. The builder has threatened me saying that if I do not sign the acceptance document, they will not include me in the society list and they will go ahead with the redevelopment. Therefore I earnestly request you to give me solution in this matter.     |
