No taxes are paid to RBI. Banks pay to Govt of India and State Govts. You can file RTI application with CPIO of any public sector bank and know details of tax payments. Broadly banks pay income tax, service tax, cesses and surcharges thereon. They pay property and other locan taxes to State Govts.Sponsorer
