How to compliant against TTR (Southern Railway)
I Travelled on 01-05-2010 Chennai to Madurai thro Vaigai Express with 4 Adult and one Child and return back from Madurai to Chennai on 03-05-2010 thro Guruvayur Express.
I Planned my ticket up and down for 4 adult and one child. Unfortunately while i am return to chennai 2 adults are unable to travel. When I am enquiy at Madurai station for refund of the 2 adult passessenger who are not travelled with me, they informed at the time of Checking by the TTR assist you for the same.
Till the arrival of Chennai any TTR not checked the coach, apart from so many un-reserved passesengers are pre occcupy the coach.
How can I lodge the compliant ? please give your valuable suggesstions in this regard.

Most of the Railway stations have complaint books. Please file a complaint accordigly
