Illegal withdrawal of cash from SBI ATM 
I filed an RTI application to SBI regional Admin. branch of Odisha earlier requesting to get the CCTV Video footage of the ATM counter of the particular moment of the particular date when a fake withdrawal was made form a particular A/c. Today I got a reply from the SBI Regional Manager to provide the copy of FIR & deposit a sum of Rs 1665/- to get the CCTV Video Footage. The cost of one CD as per this act is Rs 50/- only. Is the amount resonable? If its unresonable then what step next is to be taken?

Under Sec 7(3) (read the RTI Act here: act.rtiindia.info), the PIO is supposed to inform you the detailed calculation as to how he arrived at that figure.Sponsorer
