i approached central bank extension counter in margao city .i am satisfying the conditions given on the banks web site for opening the " no frills account", but the bank people say that the bank does not give "no frills account" in this branch. how can i get the details as the people say that they do not have any rules copy in the branch. thanks in advance       |

Pl send email to their Regional or Zonal Office and Head Office with you complaint against the extension counter. U are entitled to have such an account, if you satisfy the conditions thereof. U may visit website of the bank, for address and email ID of higher offices of the bank.
