    Default Buying & Selling flats alloted under SRA schemes


    these days many of the people who have been allotted the flats under SRA schemes in mumbai sell off their flats in power of attorney basis. Do these flats get transferred into the name of new buyers once the 10 year period after the allotment is completed?
    If yes, what all documents do the buyer needs to get done so that this transfer of title & deeds is flawless.
    Please revert soon as one of my friend plans to buy such a flat.
