    Unhappy PF grievance

    Hi
I need some help regarding my PF from my ex employer. My previous employer (in Bangalore) illegally has terminated my service and also has not given my PF. When I login to the new EPF Grievance Portal, it asks me to enter the PF account no and establishment code (which I dont know). Although there is an option to search for the establishment code, when I enter my company name, no search results are displayed.

Does this mean my company has been deducting PF from our salaries but not depositing it in our respective PF accounts.

Please help or suggest what could be done. This issue needs urgent attention.

    Thanks

    Dear Member

Online facility to check pf balance/details is not available with every pf office. Please read: http://www.rtiindia.org/forum/blogs/...t-details.html

If u have the a/c no u can withdraw the same without involving your previous employer.

    regards

    Re: PF grievance

Please see your salary slips issued to you by your previous employer. It must contain the necessary details.
Else you can ask one of your old pal in there.
