Welcome to this portal, Sunilji. For your problem, please refer sample application for refund of income tax by refering to ALL ABOUT RTI icon on the home page of this portal. I invite you to my blog on income tax refund and 2 blogs on PF, which will also be useful to you. U can monitor your PF account, if you are employed. Pl request your friends to join us on this site. They can navigate this site for having feel of the power of RTI in dealing with govt depts.
