Help regarding Bangalore University challenge revaluation

one of my friends applied for challenge revaluation of her bsc 6th sem biotech results somewhere in August 09. Since then results are not out. Now college are saying to repeat the paper. And saying results are stuck with university and so does the university say the same. Its like a year down and she is for sure she cleared in her last attempt. can someone help what can i do. as she has started with her MBA.

Why dont u file RTI application with PIO (Public Information Officer) of University for:

a. status of your result.

b. Copy of rules which provide time limit for such cases.
