Success of RTI- Controller of Stores Punjab makes Proactive Disclosure after 5 years Finding COS Punjab has no information under Sec 4, I filed an RTI application on 23/12/2009. After that, much irritation was shown by the department. Complaint was filed in SCI Punjab. IC fixed first date of hearing on 15 June 2010. Now the COS inform vide his letter no. 7098 dated 20/05/10 that the Proactive information is available on net with its parent department “Industry & Commerce, Government of Punjab”. I traced and found that the Information is really uploaded at following link

Job is done, before the complaint in SICP is argued.
