Need Help: Income Tax refund from Bangalore Income Tax Office

My name Mahesh Siddaraju , I was searching google to find out info about how to get refund. From there I got this website. Hence I need your help.I suppose to receive Income Tax refund for three consecutive years from Bangalore Income Tax Office. The Assessment years are 2005-2006, 2006-2007 & 2007 – 2008.
I moved to USA on last March 16^th 2007 from Bangalore, India & currently I am working at the client Place Los Angeles, USA. Now how do I proceed to get my Income Tax refund?

Your assessing officer of your ward/circle is himself the CPIO.

Please file a RTI application with him attaching a Rs. 10.00 IPO/Bankers Cheque/DD payable to "Accounts Officer".

Sorry for the delay in reply as i was busy with my work. I got the info from your link but i do have couple of questions for you.

I am basically from Mysore & I was working in Bangalore . I got abroad opportunity & I moved to USA on last 16^th March 2007. Currently I’m working in a client place in Los Angeles , USA . Now I want to know two things from you.

Case 1: Do I need to change my Bangalore residence address to my permanent Mysore residence address? If yes, then what is the procedure?

My PAN card having Bangalore residence address , since I’m working in USA I would prefer all income tax corresponding should go to my permanent residence address which is at Mysore so that my parents will inform me if I get any news or letters or information from Income tax Dept.

Case 2: I suppose to get refund from the following assessment year

a)2005 – 2006 :
b)2006 – 2007 :
c)2007 – 2008 :

What is the procedure to get my refund? How do i provide my details ? ( i mean do you require scan copies by e-mail or by post ? )I can provide you all relevant information (personal details or copies of all above three years assessment etc)

Please help me for above my two cases.
