• As per the policy of the government what facility/ benefits the NGOs (running such institutions/shelter) can avail?
• Kindly, explain the procedure, if somebody locates such disabled/ diseased person in dilapidated conditions on the street and want to get it admitted at appropriate institution without any hassles. How does law ensure the legal binding of the police in this regard?
