I APPERED FOR AISSE EXAM IN 2001 AND MY PASSING CERTIFICATE WAS DAMAGED THEREFORE I APPLIED FOR DUPLICATE CERTIFICATE WITH ALL PROPER DOCUMENTS AS MENTIONED IN SITE Central Board of Secondary Education i,e :- 1.newpaper cutting of advertisement for the certificate 2.attested mark sheet and admitt card from appeared school 3.affidavit from 1st class magistrate 4.draft of Rs.130(I APPLIED IN TATKAL) 5.duly filled format as given in website ON 5/06/08 VIA SPEED POST (SPEED POST NO.- SP EE25006844BIN) I APPLIED IN URGENT SCHEME WHERE I HAVE PAID Rs50 EXTA AND WAS AAURED TO GET BACK MY CERTIFICATE WITHIN 2 WEEKS BUT A MONTH HAS PASSED AND STILL NO ACTION,WHENEVR I TRY TO CONTACT EITHER THEY DONT RECIVE THE PHONE OR THEY DONT RESPOND,I ALSO E-MAILED THEM AT cbseald@sancharnet.in roallahabad.cbse@nic.in BUT NO RESPONSE. The PIO of CBSE allahbad is Assistant secretary thats the only info I found from internet and the phone no. is 0532-2602970-72 which is the office no. in which I have tried several times in past 50 days but trust me there is no response at all they hardly recive calls and if they do either they do not respond or they keep the reciver on hold forever.We have made all the documents like original affidavit from 1st class magistrate after so hard work we just don't get response. I have submitted all required documents and I have proof for the same.Please help |

Road, Civil Lines, Allahabad – 211001 0532-2602970-72 Ask them question like status of your application, action taken and cause of delay etc. You may upload your questions at this site and our members will help you to correct them.

Indranil Pal, have you confirmed that your Speedpost containing application for Duplicate certificate and other documents has been received in CBSE Regional Office,Allahabad ?.Have you tracked delivery through Speedpost tracking/confirmed from post office/got back signed AD from CBSE office? Please confirm,then only you can proceed with RTI application. |

Indranil Pal, Subject to confirmation as in my Post 5 above,sugest as follows. Prefer an RTI Application,application form is given in the CBSE site you have referred in your Post above.Application fee will be Rs10/- only.Please go through Guide section and All About RTI (Home Page) of this site for basic procedure and guidance.On top of Application write/type and underline "Application Under RTI Act 2005" , underneath that, in Capital Letters and within brackets type "TIME BOUND",and then follow normal given format of RTI Application presciribed by CBSE in their site. Give all the details as given aove in your post,including proof of money sent,and copies of all documents sent earlier, for ready reference and quick action. In your RTI application seek :- please provide me following informatio under RTI Act 2005 :- 1 Date on which my application requesting for Duplicate Certificate ,under TATKAL/urgent scheme.was received in your office (Application was sent through Speedpost and delivery confirmed) 2.Copy of Inmail Register page where my application was taken on charge. 3. Name of official responsible for Inmail entry and internal circulation/distribution of received mail in your office. 4. Name and Designation of officials with whom my application was lying since receipt on 07 june in your office . 5.Please intimate the period it was lying with which officer and what was the action taken by that official during that period. 6.As per regulations/rules displayed in your site http;// cbse.nic.in/ it is obligatory on your officials to issue Duplicate certificate ,under TATKAL/Urgent scheme, which I asked and paid for, WITHIN TWO DAYS excluding holidays. 7.Names of defaulting officials responsible for this collosal negligence in denying me urgently needed Duplicate Certificate . 8.Even under normal circumstances,under your well advertised rules,it is mandatory for your officials to issue duplicate certificate within 15 days/TWO WEEKS. 9.More than 45 days have passed ,since my speedpost No. EE2500684481N was received in your office ,without issuing my Duplicate certificate. 10. Please provide me copies of relevant pages of Register/Document maintained in your office ,for issue of Duplicate certificates ,with action completed dates for the past one year till 30Jun2008,DULY CERTIFIED. 11. Please intimate me the action contemplated to be initiated against erring and guilty officials responsible for denying me urgently needed certificate for my employment. And please identify the officials against whom compensation proceeding have to be initiated. You can add any other points you feel important and logical. Send your application earliest,and at following address ,REGISTERED with AD. I snet an application to Assistance manager of CBSE allahbad as told by you,I sent a formal application, an RTI application(stating info I need i,e cause of delay) with list of documents submitted with original application sent on 5/06/08 also I have sent xeror copies of marksheet,admitt card,newspaper cutting,affidavit of 1st class magistrate. Lets see if any reply comes or not, thanx a lot for all your support and help. How much time should I wait for the reply? |

1. you applied for duplicate certificate on 06 Jun2008. 2. You received no reply from CBSE. 3. On 22 Jul 2008,you posted your problem at this site. 4.On 23 Jul,you were asked (post 5 )to confirm whether your letter was received at CBSE office and whether you have AD duly signed.You did not answer. 5.Today ,you were suggested to send an RTI application with a bank of questions to ask.And whom to send. 6. Can you please tell when did you prefer RTI application? |

u told the fees for rti form is Rs10,I got form 1 and 1A from Central Board of Secondary Education but how to pay the fees of rti?should I take a printout of the questions u said in your post and send it to allahbad |

Getting a Indian Postal Order (IPO) is much easier and economical then a bank draft. You can get IPO from any Post office of your area. A IPO of Rs. 10 will cost you Rs. 11 only.

As suggested by Dinesh at post 13 above, IPO for Rs 10/-crossed and in favour of : Secretary CBSE ,payable at Allahabad. Please go through my Post 7 above again thoroughly. Application can be handwritten or typed (sample application format is also available at http;/www.rtiindia.info ),as convenient to you , what Information to seek ,I have already suggested at post 7 above ,just copy that serialwise. In the last paragraph,give details as relevant to you e.g; IPO No etc,TATKAL charges of RS 50/-with mode of payment with No.,Duplicate copy charges of Rs 50/-with mode of payment and No.,Return Postage charges Rs 30/-and mode of payment and No. etc, citizen of India etc. To be Addressed as given above at post 7. |

Though some of the points can be deleted from your application, there is no harm if you send it in the same format. (Your each point should be either a question or a request for information). Any way. send it immediately as you need your certificates urgently.

Sir, today I got a registry mail from cbse which contanted the APPLICATION FORM (as given in Welcome to Central Board of Secondary Education) and AFFIDAVIT, there is a stamp of cashier that the draft of Rs130 is encashed, and it's written that newspaper cutting required. Sir I have sent the cutting published in "JAMSHEDPUR TELEGRAPH" on 27th may 2008 also with that I have sent copies of my mark sheet and admitt card attested by principal of the school in which I appeared my exam(AISSE 2001) but they didnt return that. Sir what should I do if they misplace my documents and tell that I have not sent them, I only have the xerox copy of the newspaper, please help me |

Sir the original mail from me contained:- 1.application mentioning all the enclousers to the secretary 2.application format from website duly filled 3.attested copy of mark sheet from principal 4.attested copy of admit card from principal 5.newspaper cutting 6.affidavit all were stapled so no question of misplace. what should be my next step in this case sir? |

Indranil,send your RTI application after corrections as suggested below. Gist(details and seeking information part as well as list of enclosures) of your letter is correct but its not addressed to anyone and the format is not exacly self explanatory.I had requested you to go through All About RTI on Home Page.Please go to http://www.rtiindia.info From that site,after logging in-same name and password as on this site-Download RTI application format -its on page 2 ,and then please format your application based on that. The letter should be sent Registered with AD ,on the address of PIO I have given above. Application fee is Rs 10/-in favour of Secretary CBSE,payable at Allahabad. |

Sir today I called CBSE office,I managed to talk even though they do not respond,they noted down my rollno. and name and told me to send the form again with paper cutting I arranged one old paper.and pasted half page in back onf the form and highlighted the ad and sent it today with xerox of marksheet and admit card, lets see if it comes or not,i'll send you the speed post no. in my next post,thank you |
