Information: FPF iNFORMATION

Sir /Madam,

With Due respect I beg to state that under RTI act I want to get some information of Employment Provident fund of Mahalaxmi Agencies .I want to know that Anju Sharma D/O- Sh. Mohan Lal Sharma Village Sarsari P.O.- -Jalugran was employee of Mahalaxmi Agencies in Reliance GSM from 2005 to 2007.I want to know do Mr. Sunil Sood the owner have deducted her employment fund or not? Actually Mahalaxmi is running a series of different business in Bhunter KuLLu and He might have more then 15 employees right now.If the employment provident fund of above said employee have been deducted then I want to know that how much it is deducted from 2005.As per RTI rules the fee will submitted as soon I receive mail from the EPF department ,though the registered letters for the above said inquiry have been dispatched shall be very thank full to you for your kind anticipation .The particulars of Mahalaxmi Agencies are as under:- CST -1167 DATED 20-11-91,GST KUL-III 1253 DATED 25-11-91 AND ATA NO.-297.

Dear Sanjeev,

Your above post is slightly confusing. This is only a discussion forum on RTI matters. We do not collect information through RTI for our members. If you need info from the PF authorities, you may have to raise the RTI application only to them.
