RTI Act effective by appointing honest and capable persons at the helm of affairs, Ke...zara...zara...---- correctly mentioned by the Hon'ble member.
The problem is that those who are required to take proper action against the corrupt officials, are very much in favour of those officials' misdeeds. The Commissioners do not take any appropriate action against errant SPIOs , who are almost in all cases, with some exceptions, dedicated to serve the corrupts. This is my bitter experience of last about a year of
