    Unhappy Cartelisation with connivance of PSU-Purchase Authority

    How can a NAVRATNA PSU continue to incur abnormally higher costs in procurement of replaceable item which other PSUs have been able to procure at much cheaper prices from the similar set of suppliers ?
    How can such query under RTI be framed ?
