Need Help: in filing RTI application in proper format

VERY SOON I AM WILLING TO FILE AN RTI APPLICATION, BEFORE FILING I WANTED TO SHOW IT TO MY SENIOR & LEARNED FRIENDS FOR YOUR VALUABLE SUGGESTIONS:
1)Kindly provide the attested copy of the letter written by the electricity dept. in order to introduce prepaid electric meters in GKP region. Were the engineers from GKP sent for training to learn operation & installation of the said meter? How many engineers were sent for this training and what was the duration of this training and also the location of the training center? Kindly provide the complete description of the expenditure done for this training (attested copies of concerned bills and please include salary of those engineers in this too). Please provide attested copy of the letter by which any order was placed before any company to purchase prepaid meter & the attested copy of any quotation/s invited before this order. As this scheme was not implemented, what were the reasons behind this? Who is responsible for all this expenses (gone in vain) done in this reference? What action has been taken against the concerned officer? Kindly provide the attested copy of that letter
2)Electricity meters which are used by the department in the consumers place, quality and accuracy of that meter has been checked & certified by which agency of the country (B.I.S., ISI, ie.). Please provide attested copy of that certificate
3)How many employees of the electricity department are there who reside in urban area in multi-story buildings (paternal, maternal, on wife’s name, received in gift, got in donation)? How much money do they pay as average monthly bill? If they pay fixed charges then please provide details with fixed charges & without fixed charges
4)Check meters are used by the department to locate electricity theft, kindly mention that how many such meters were installed in the home/s (multi-story) or commercial establishments of the employees of the electricity department (rented/on the name of wife/son/mother/father/brother/brother-in-law/sister-in-law/ maternal/paternal, any) working & retired both in past two years. Any sort of irregularity has been found or not, and if it has not been installed, then why it is so?
5) Some poles are being heightened up to carry high-tension lines in some areas of the district. Kindly provide the attested copy of the proposal letter through which this task has been started (height of old pole, height of new pole & difference between the two). Do all poles meet the above standards? This task was done by which agency, has it been given its full payment? Has the department carried on any inquiry to check the quality of the work & material (if any) kindly provide the attested copy of inquiry report6)Please provide copy of the letter through which the concerned officer issued orders to reduce the time limit of bill of domestic consumers from two months to one month and also provide the copy of letter written to attain approval of the government (if any). What were the reasons behind such change and also the reasons to withdraw this
6)How many wards of the district were selected under theManyavar Kansiram Samagra Sahari Vikas Yojna and under this what task to be carried on in these wards. What percentageof such task has been completed.Kindlymention detaileddescription acc. to wardsWhat is the percentage of Transmission & distribution loss in GKP region? Among them how much loss is by the illegal electricity connections and how much by the other mediums and what are these other mediums?
7)Very soon Ariel bunch conductors (laminated/insulated wires) are goingto be introduced in GKP region. What is the difference between present & new (laminated/insulated) wires? Such wires are being used since long time in National CapitalRegion and Western U.P. Region. Did the department try to contact the concerned officers of these regions in order toknow that how helpful these wires were in order to stop transmission & distribution loss? Kindly provide the attested copy of letter to establish the contact.

The content is okay, except for some of the information (like "reasons") that you have asked. Just reword those appropriately.

Under RTI, you can ask for "information" but cannot ask for "reasons" "opinions" or "advice".
But, if you reword those requests appropriately, you should get the information.

If possible, just split your queries into smaller bits so that it will be easy for the PIO and also for you when you crosscheck if your complete application has been answered to or not.
