Hi, I own a 4 wheeler with an AP registration. I relocated to chennai 6 months back with an NOC from RTO Hyderabad. I came to know that for people who have transferable job they need not re-register the vehicle at all. Also i heard there is a court approval which states this. Please can anybody throw some light on this and if at all any court approval is there can somebody post it here Thanks.     |
