Information from Crime Against women cell, Nanakpura Delhi A case was filed against me at Crime Against Women Cell in 2008. Subsequently, the case was withdrawn by the complaintent.
Now can i ask CAW Cell to provide me entire case details including noting on the case file, attendance of both parties etc. under RTI ACT, 2005.
Whether CAW Cell is bound to provide these informations under RTI Act, 2005. Some people told me that CAW cell do not provide these informations under RTI. If any one have any information please clarify me.
Its urgent. Please help.
