Thanks for the information Abhishek. Now it will be much easier for us to file appeals.

But this can also be misused/spammed as the site does not ask for any registration.

This may not be possible as the site asks for details and copies of documentary proof of the complaint. details of appeal made and particulars of complainant etc.

If these details are wrong and no complainant replies when asked to then the complaint/appeal will not be processed any further.

I think that this is the best use that the technology can be put to.
