Online passport registration

I am trying to take the online appointment date for renewal of my passport but after submitting it generates the online web file no :-------- and shows a message for tentative appointment but it doesnot display any date in the next page, just shows the month and year. Date list of values is empty. it doesn't allow to submit the application by just pressing the "confirmation the Appointment" button assuming that whatever date shown in message is okay. there is no way to submit the application.

Sometimes such type of error can be due to server problem which are temporary. Please try again and you may get through.

Hi guys...
I also tried for the online passport registration...I filled the form and submitted it..Then I was asked to choose the appointment date...but suddenly i had a powefailure and my computer switched off...I could not even not the passport file no...And now I am unable to know my application status..Will this be considered a valid application???...I did not confirm the date of appointment..Please Help..
