I filed an RTI application and after not getting reply within 30 days I filed an appeal to AA under section 19 of RTI Act. After filing my appeal the concerned officer has approached me with apology and completed the job for which I filed the RTI. The officer has requested me not to attend the hearing of AA which is on 29 July 2008. I would like to know if it necessary for me to attend the hearing or I can just ignore it ?
