Loco running staff rest (indian railways)
if the running staff traveled as passenger ( pilot duty) and such duty hours is more than 8 hours then what will be their eligible HQS rest.
reason for this query is that , the policy has been adopted in SW railway, that irrespective of pilot journey hours the HQS rest being granted is only 12; hrs
(2) and if crew came pilot and if they were booked under rest next day
(either for working a train or for pilot run ) whether crew will be eligible for Breach of rest allowance
why because in SWR some divisions BRA will be paid only if the crew s/off working and further if the crew called for duty under rest for working a train then only they will be paid BRA
