sir, under the right to information act i would like to know the information as listed below: Astudent has joined in in one of the aicte approval, JNTU(affliliated)private college.due to health problems the student out of 4years course he asked the jntu to permit to transfer to the other jntu affiliated private college in his third year,the jntu has agreed, and given permision to transfer to other college. but the present studying college asked the student to pay the rest of the 2years fees in order to give permission to transfer to the other college. in this regard i want to know as per the aicte norms the student has to pay the rest 2 years fees eventthough he has not studied in that college? if no need to pay for whom we have to consult? kindly i required the above details. hope my request will be fulfilled thanking u... yours faithfully james      |

welcome to this site and thanks for being with us. U should lodge complaint with university as well as AICTE. If no action is taken, file RTI application to expedite the matter. U may navigate this portal for details about RTI applications specially GUIDE SECTION [right hand top of this page] and ALL ABOUT RTI icon on home page.
