Hiii , I want to know that how I can get my PF which has been deposited in account No. MH/24368/4310 while I was an employee of Elder Pharmaceuticals ltd from Dec-2004 to May-2006. I claimed The Pf withdrawl through form-19 and 10-c by sending directly to the Pf office at Bandra. But the same was returned as the Company has not deposited form-5,10 and 3-A and advised me to claim through my employer. Again i have applied for my Pf withdrawl through my employer Elder Pharmaceuticals ltd,Mumbai. But the same has not processed by the company though it has gone past more than 4 months. Plz help me ..
