    DoPT Circular regarding effective implementation of RTI Act - example of Andhra Pradesh

    DoPT has issued a circular 1/12/2008-IR dated 23/06/2008 wherein it has given the example of Andhra Pradesh and requested other Public Authorities and Governments to follow AP's example in effective implementation of the RTI Act 2005.

    The circular is attached.
