DoPT circular regarding courteous behaviour towards RTI applicants
DoPT has issued a circular No. 4/9/2008-IR dated 24/06/2008 instructing Public Authorities, CPIO's and otehrs to show courteous behaviour towards RTI applicants.
This was based on feedback received from CIC.
