Request details of FAA and CIC for Indian Air Force

I am a service officer and have been forced to file a complaint under the RTI for getting details as to why amy Pay was not fixed correctly in the 5th Pay Commission and why the anomaly is not being rectified. Due to the pay fixation anomaly I am presently drawing an increment lesser than my immidiate junior.

I filed a complaint and am yet to receive a reply even after 40 days. Please advice me how to contact the FAA for the IAF and could i go to the CIC and if yes then how. Can the complaint me filed online or do i have to go to Delhi or can it be filed by post. What is the reliability of it being filed by post.

What should be the details given in the complaint filed to the FAA or the CIC.

Would be grateful for your help.

Dear Prakash,
Why don't you meet someone at the CGDA's office and get the problem sorted out ? It does not need more than few hours. Sitting at Delhi you should not have any problem. In my days we used to come to Delhi on leave to sort out problems if any.At least take the help of Air Force Acounts Oficers. I could not believe that a service Officer, that too from Air Force sitting at Delhi could not sort out his own problem in 10 years. There is something seriously wrong somewhere. In your case , in my capacity as an old service officer strongly advice you not to venture into RTI. Instead of benefit, your way of tackling the issue might cause you other damages.
