Would request the fellow users of this forum in seeking information about what is the mandatory time limit fixed by the PSU Companies marketing LPG for ordering the refill of the second gas cylinder for domestic use. This is required on urgent basis and would like to use the information in this regard sought earlier by any of the users of this forum rather than going afresh with a RTI application on the subject.      |

I have an RTI pending in Indian Oil Corporation which was filed on 19 Jul 2005. The agencies normally book the second cylinder after 21 days but in my application I have asked them to give me the copy of relevant order. CIC asks HPCL to disclose list of domestic LPG consumers

My RTI application on the same subject and some other related issues is also pending (30 days not yet over). I filed it after I was verbally informed that "no such written instructions or circular exists". Members, please share the outcome of the RTI's on this subject. Will be useful to many members/guests. |
