please help me as i am Not getting EPF statement

hi,
i am working in BSNL(Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited). We have EPF scheme. when i was posted at Shimla(H.P) i used to get EPF statement from EPF commissioner, Shimla. After that i was transferred to Bhubaneswar (Orissa) Here I am not getting any such statements from the EPF Commissioner, Bhubaneswar. I dont even know about the position of my account. While i go to the commissioner office, i found that nobody is helpful there. even trying many times i was not able to meet the commissioner. i want now to go by RTI act.
PLEASE HELP ME if there is any such provisions so that i can get my statements. thanks. please mail me at .................................................. ...........................

dear sir bsnl is a big defaulter in epf . Use rti and fight to get your dues . Have guts to fight??? I can help you if you want

Thanks for being member of this portal. I have posted one article in my blog on PF Status, which contains formats and guidelines. This will help U and your collegues monitor PF accounts. After 5-10 years it will be difficult to reconcile your account, if all the credits are received or not. Pl provide this info to colleagues and union learders in the interest of employees of bsnl.
