HI I have applied for a fresh passport in New Delhi Bhikaji Kama Palace. All police verfication has done and passport was dispatched by RPO. Due some un commom circumstanses my passport was returned to RPO because there was no one at my home to collect it. I need this passport on urgent basis because I have to fly USA next week. Please suggest me what should I do and whome to approach to get this on urgent basis. Regards, Anand      |

Have you contacted the RPO office ? You should meet the RPO at Bhicaji and request him to deliver your passport by hand or dispatch it again at your given address.
