After the particulars of the specific relief,in my Prayer, can I add the above lines ?

It would be better if you add the specific sections of the RTI act rather then to mention about the full RTI Act.

You may also add "Attention of PIO may also be drawn towards section ---- of RTI act.

To make it water tight, just say:

"The PIO may be advised in writing to read the RTI Act and specially be aware of Sections.........as well as to follow the latest developments, decisions, orders of the Central Information Commission available on their website: CIC "
