RTI did the trick ----29th day and all the encroachments removed

There is a small town in my Distt from where a PWD road passes which was full of encroachment . It was very difficult for the passer by to move on the road . The shopkeepers had put their goods out side the shops upto 10 meters on both sides, and so many so many other encroachments were there I moved a RTI application with PWD dept. And now today on 29th day of my application the staff belonging came on the road which was about 2 KM long removed all the temporary and permanent encroachment . They were saying that we have reply the RTI application . This is the effect of RTI. every citizen of the town was estonished that which could not happen for the last so may years ,a simple application of RTI did the trick.

My queries to Municipla Corporation would be as follows. Pls suggest modification/addition.
1) Pls furnish rules and regulations wrt encroachments on the road and public places
2) Furnish name and designation of the officer responsible for inspection of encroachments on the Road (name of the road).
3) Furnish copy of latest inspection report of encroachment on Road (name of the road)
4) Pls furnish name and designation of the officers who are responsible for taking action for removal of encroachments on the Road.
5) Pls furnish copy of latest action taken report for removal of encroachments on this Road.
6) Pls furnish name and designation of authority to whom to complain against officers who have failed in their duties to take action for removal of encroachment on Road (name of the Road).
