U R wecome to this portal. Pl visit CIC site and search for answer sheets in search icon. Calcutta High Court had permitted access to a university student.It is Pritam Rooze of Presidency College Kolkatta v/s Calcutta University and published in Times of India, Mumbai edn on 29-03-08. U can search in website of H.C. Kolkatta for this decision. All the best.

Rinith, There are many decisions of the CIC, some SIC's and also some High Courts with respect to a candidate being allowed to see his answer scripts/sheets. It all depends on what type of exam is it. Thank God! At last someone has enquired about it. Please see Mr.Karira's posting of 7-9-2008 in this forum (or search IIT-JEE key and answer in this forum itself ) . I had referrd therein to a very very vital orders dated 23-4-2007 of CIC. If you open CIC's orders page of his site, these judgements are readily available. I consider those orders are specific and final. Please read them at least 4 tims to grasp fully. On first or second reading one may not grasp. |
