irregulaties in civil hospital

in civil hospital head nurse not present duty on time,i collect some best information as a proof by RTI but some other information required for prove deficiencies/irregulaties in service by obtaining service book but public information officer denies to supply of service book of nurse by saying masharashra information act 2002/2003 rule no 31(7) gives right to third party objection, so impossible to provide service book copies. please help to fight for irregulities in govt hospital.

Service Books have to be disclosed.
They are not third party information.
Please use the customised google search bar available at the top of the page and search for "service book" - you will get many useful threads.

India now has the RTI Act 2005.
With this the old Maharashtra Rules do not apply.
The PIO is referring to old rules.
The new Rules for Maharashtra are available in the Guide section: RTI Guide
Please read those.

Now file a first appeal on the above grounds.

i submit RTI application 25may i recieved letter on 29 july which are posted in post 28 june where write nurse objection is recieved in writing

PIO write in letter nurse give objection in writing,PIO give me this information in 34 days this is right period?

There is no question of 3rd party here - for disclosure of service books.
So, whether the nurse objected or not, is immaterial.

please advised where first appeal is filled with address,& what point inserted in appeal , other references where service book of govt employees is disclosed

PIO give me this information in 34 days this is right period?
