Hi, To whom we will complain about MRO if he is not doing his duties?and also i want to know the structure(level) from MRO (i mean who is boss to MRO and MRO boss's boss). Thanks, Sreenivas.      |

I think you mean Mandal Revenue Office. They work under Sub Registrar Office (SRO) of the district. Pls visit this link for more information. Under heading "Citizen services" you can find address of SRO of your district.

it is the RDO who is the boss to MRO you can complaint to RDO. RDO is also appellate authority under RTI act
