Need Help: RTI regarding govt high school

sir,

i wish to get the information about the attendance records of teachers at one of the govt high school in my home town.

could someone tell me how could i request for it through mail and to whom should the mail be posted.

Draft questions as follows.

How many teachers working in this school?
Whether attendence register is maitained in your school?
Provide copy of attenence register for the period (such as 7/2007-4/2008)
Send your application to to the PIO, Higher / Secondary Education Department, Seretariate, your state head quarters.
