HighTech City Ghaziabad(Uppals)

Hi,
I bought a plot in proposed Hitech City in Ghaziabad from Uppals in 2006. They were planning to launch it sometime in 2006 but it has not happen till now. They are saying that they are in process of occupying land from farmers and they have 1000 acers of land, but they have not provided any official confirmation on the same. Some other sources said that GDA will occupy the rest of the land for them. I want to know exactly how much land they have and how much is needed to launch it also if GDA have any role in occupying the land for them and if there are any court cases pending against builder.
