Application Date :03/04/2008 Status : Please furnish THREE copies of the enclosed personal particulars form duly completed alongwith THREE photographs. . Furnish TWO copies of your photograph of size 35mm by 45mm showing full frontal view. Grievance : i have done the required ,my entire procedure took place again including police verification still the status here remains the same i went to the police station again on june 14 its more than a month still nothing seems to have happened i wonder why?      |

Welcome to site Aliasgar. It seems your application was misplaced at Passport office and they have asked you to file the application again. It was mistake at passport office for which your passport is being delayed. You may file a RTI application asking them the cause the delay.
