Good Afternoon to one & all, I am Sujatha, new joinee in this group. Recently i heard that, the firms with 10 or more emplyoees are applicable to register with the Provident Fund act. but, i didn't find any amendments in the web site. Seniors pls. tell me about the effective date of this amendment. Thanks & Regards, Sujatha      |

Welcome to this portal. For your problem, please keep on visiting website of EPFO everry week, since it takes some time to make the law effective after the news are published. U can also contact nearest office of PF Commissioner or write to him. Pl navigate this site which will enable U to effective deal with govt depts.
