lega heir certificate Sir,
My husband has passed away suddenly three years before. My only son is in USA. So I have to do the procedures. Could you please help me by giving the details of documents to be produced to get the certificate and from where I can get it. Iam residing in DR.R.K.SALAI (OPP.CHENNAI CITI CENTRE) I don't know the place where to go for it. Kindly help me in getting the details.
I have to get the income tax return money also. For this I need the certificate and how to get the income tax return also.
Expecting the reply at the earliest.
