Can Court Fee be affixed on a RTI application as a fee towards the application?

There is no information regarding mode of payment of fee I advice you to go for a IPO
indian postal order which is available at all head post offices on payment of RS 11/-
under to it is payable write accounts officer, name of the organisation

In Goa Court Fee CAN be affixed on a RTI application as a fee towards the application and is accepted in almost all government depertment.

Navin,

The centre , each state, legislature and courts have all made separate rules for RTI fees.
In some cases, court stamps can be used.
The best solution is to check the relevant rules before applying for information under RTI and use the mode which is easiest to obtain and the lowest cost.
