Deqr Sanjay u are wrinting that u had recd the information and u are satisfied. Then u are writing 30 days passed and no proper information is given. I presume that u did not recd the information . U can either complaint to CIC directly but as per new rules u have to submit a copy of your complaint to PIO , 1st Appellant Authority and copy of proof of their delivery to CIC along with your complaint in duplicate. Also do not forget to send the complaint /Appeal in Duplicate. U may ask for penality from PIO also. but mostly the application will be referred back to 1st Appellant Authority to give the information within 15 days from the receipt of nitice. |

Should we have to submit copies of complain ( meant for SIC) to the concerned SPIO & also A.A of the concerned Dept before submission it to the SIC? In that case how many copies are to be submitted to the SIC?---- Abhijeet |
