Need Help: information about hike in stipend for PG graduates

i want to find out if there is any hike in stipend paid to PG graduates?

i want to know whether i can know from RTI and can i apply for RTI through online process?

if it is not possible then how can i proceed to solve my problem?

Hence for format, filing fee and mode of payment of fee, pl visit GUIDE section for AP RTI rules or visit website of AP information commission or official website of AP govt-rti icon. If stipend is from central govt, pl refer links provided by Shri DineshK as above. U can file on line, but filing fee will have to be paid manually as per mode in rti rules. Hence submit appln in hard copy only with fee.

NIT JaLANDHAR has hiked it to 8000.

can you tell me there is any stipend for non-GATE PG students?.
